Upon enrolment on a course or membership, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use this website. You may download content from our website only for your personal, non-commercial use. You also agree that you will create, access, and/or use only one account, unless expressly permitted by VFISA, and you will not share with any third party access to or access information for your account. No Academic Credit
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, participation in or completion of a course does not confer any academic credit. If academic credit is awarded by one institution, there is no presumption that other institutions will accept that credit. VFISA has no obligation to have any courses or membership recognised by any educational institution or accreditation organisation.
Cancellations and Refunds
After enroling on one of our courses, you will have a seven-day grace period where you can cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund on the money you paid towards that course. If the grace period expires and you want to cancel your enrolment, we will keep the credit you have already paid towards that course so that in future if you choose to re-enrol then you will not have to pay again.
Security
We work to protect the security of your account and personal information. However, VFISA cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorised use of your account by emailing admin@vfisa.com.
